The Raytown School District will hold its Attend to Win attendance incentive drawings at both high schools and all three middle schools over the next few weeks with the first announcement set to take place at 8:10 a.m. on Thursday, May 11 at Raytown South High School. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Raytown High School and Raytown South High School who have achieved an average attendance rate of 95 percent or higher will be entered into a drawing to receive a brand new Ford Focus. Middle school students will be entered into a drawing to win one of three new bikes to be given away at each middle school.

Each month a student achieved an attendance rate of 95 percent or higher, they received an entry into the drawing for the car or bike; students had the opportunity to earn up to seven entries from September 1 through April 30. Throughout the year, additional attendance incentives for all grades have been put in place to encourage students to achieve excellent attendance.
